AI Leftover Analyzer

Attached to the front end of the previously developed leftover separation robot system, the leftovers on the plate are quantitatively analyzed in 3D without stopping the conveyor operation before the separation of the leftovers

Based on the analyzed leftover data, the remaining and carbon emissions by menu, date, and time are visualized, and ESG and carbon reduction reports are provided to the headquarters of the catering staff and entrusted catering companies

Design menus and meals with fewer leftovers based on the same caloric value and use them as data-based meals and ESG management support tools to reduce food waste and environmental burdens

  • Quantitative Analysis of 3D Remnant Shape and Volume: Photograph the remaining shape and height at FHD·30fps·0.3~3m with a global shutter passive stereo 3D RGB-D camera, and quantify the remaining amount by food group through volume integration and pattern analysis
  • Conveyor nonstop measurement: Synchronize the camera trigger with the photo eye encoder to implement automatic capture of the center frame of the plate without stopping the conveyor
  • Edge NPU-based high-speed analysis: 6TOPS class NPU module performs pretreatment-division-volume integration to complete analysis within 200-300 ms per trail and automatically calculates 3D remaining volume for each food group by plane matching, segmentation, and multi-frame fusion
  • ESG/carbon/menu leftover report SaaS: Cloud SaaS provides ESG, carbon conversion, diet, menu, and analysis results by time on a report and dashboard
  • Linkage with existing residual separation robot system: Designed to be attached to the front end of the previously developed residual separation robot system, ESG/data function added
